Job Title: In-house Sales Representative or In-house Sales Associate 
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales leads through phone, email, and online outreach.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Process orders/invoices accurately and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay informed on innovative products, industry trends, and competitors.
  • ⁠Track and report sales activities.
  • Keeping Track of inventory records.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet with clients to achieve sales targets, if needed.
 
Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 CXC /A Levels Including Mathematics and English.
  • Atleast 3 years Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
  • ⁠Problem-solving abilities to address client needs.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Team player with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
