JOB PURPOSE:
Is accountable for designing and commissioning best-in-class Human Resources (HR) systems, processes and tools that enable the delivery of the organisation’s People Strategy. He/she develops and manages the People Analytics strategy, framework and reporting metrics, providing assurance that Atlantic is competitively benchmarked.
The incumbent also manages the development of the organisation’s cultural transformation programmes including its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging and Employee Engagement initiatives ensuring that Atlantic is a great place to work.

JOB PURPOSE:

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provides leadership and guidance to the People & Culture Operations team to enable and assure effective service delivery while building functional unit capability.
- Develops and maintains the organisation’s integrated talent management framework to assure the Right People in the Right Roles with the Right Skills at the Right Time. Manages the organisation’s talent acquisition process to enable optimal business performance.
- Leads the selection and utilisation of appropriate technological tools to provide thorough HR People analytics to inform decision making ensuring that the department’s repository of data is current, accurate and fit-for-purpose.
- Develops, maintains, and assures the integrity of the organisation’s Total Rewards policies and practices.
- Oversees the development and implementation of the organisation’s cultural transformation strategy and initiatives in alignment with the organisation’s overall business strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of a first degree from a recognised, accredited institution
- Professional Human Resources certification will be an asset
- A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience working in the Human Resources discipline, with at least five (5) at a senior supervisory level is required
- Proven track record of successfully developing best-in-class talent management systems and cultural transformation programmes
- Functional knowledge of the labour and employment laws of Trinidad & Tobago
