Who are we looking for?
Our Company Climate Control Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to support our Finance Department.
We are currently seeking a highly organized, detailed oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
DUTIES
- Post of monthly journals to the General Ledger.
- Maintain and regularly update the Fixed Asset Register.
- Review daily payments received in the Accounts Receivable Ledger.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly General Ledger schedules.
- Review Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable reconciliations.
- Assist with annual audit, including preparation of necessary documents.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned to support the Finance Team and ensure efficient operations.
Qualification:
- Five CXC O’ Level passes including Mathematics and English.
- Pursuing ACCA Level 2.
- A minimum of two (2) – four (4) years’ experience in a similar or related capacity.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, excel spreadsheets, and communication.
