Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office/Inventory Assistant to join our company. The ideal candidate should possess a strong organizational skill set and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring that our equipment and materials are well-organized, and assisting with various office tasks as required. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and excellent communication skills will be essential to contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Forecasting supply needs based on trends and demand/usage patterns
- Processing and documenting damaged inventory and coordinating repairs or disposal
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts
- Working with Project and Procurement and Supply Chain Teams to optimize inbound and outbound inventory logistics
- Assist with various administrative duties, inclusive of material and document pick-up and drop off
Requirements
- Experience in an office or inventory role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have a valid driver’s license
