Description


The Administrative Assistant provides a range of complex and confidential support services which involves the preparation of letters, a portion or all of which may be compiled or composed on the basis of the subject matter, arranging and scheduling appointments including interviewing callers and making proper referrals by Senior Management from time to time. Additionally the position holder must maintain confidentiality of information at all times. Some duties are as follows,
  1. Manage employee leave, filling in the required information for members of staff and receiving the necessary authorization from Management.
  2. Upadate HRIS with leave information for employees
  3. Prepare promissory notes on behalf of employees
  4. Submit requests for job letters on employees' behalf
  5. Preparation of Internal Memorandums 
  6. Preparation of reports
