Role Overview:
We are seeking an innovative Digital Strategist specializing in Marketing Automation and Funnel Strategy to join our team. This role extends beyond email marketing to include multi-channel messaging strategies using platforms like WhatsApp, SMS, direct messaging (DMs), and more. Your mission will be to build, optimize, and automate customer journeys that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement Multi-Channel Messaging Strategies
  • Create integrated communication strategies across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and DMs to engage customers at every stage of the funnel.
  • Develop automated sequences tailored to various customer segments and behaviors.
• Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Execute targeted email campaigns, including transactional emails, upsell/cross-sell campaigns, abandoned cart recoveries, and retention strategies to boost customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Optimize email deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
• WhatsApp and SMS Campaigns
  • Plan and execute personalized messaging campaigns via WhatsApp and SMS to engage customers in real-time and drive immediate actions.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and messaging regulations.
• Automated Direct Messaging
  • Develop automated DM strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and nurture leads.
• Funnel Optimization and Automation
  • Map out and implement customer journey funnels, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion workflows.
  • Use marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Performance Tracking and Analysis
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all messaging channels, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve results.
• Content Strategy Collaboration
  • Work closely with content creators and designers to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in marketing automation, messaging platforms, and customer engagement strategies.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Marketing Automation Expertise: Proven understanding of creating and managing automated workflows across multiple messaging platforms.
• Multi-Channel Marketing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, WhatsApp Business, Twilio, or similar platforms.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with email customization and basic knowledge of messaging integration.
• Analytical and Data-Driven: Proficient in using analytics tools to assess campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
• Strong Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and engage clients.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
