Description
We are seeking a professional and personable receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring that visitors and clients receive excellent service. The receptionist will also provide administrative support to the office and assist with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Manage the office’s front desk, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate conference room usage.
- Maintain and update visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Provide administrative support to staff, including filing, document preparation, and data entry.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and restock when necessary.
- Maintain office directories and assist with day-to-day office operations.
- Provide general office support, including photocopying, scanning, and emailing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
