Description

• Test and balance pool water to maintain proper chemical levels. 
• Skim, vacuum, and brush pools to ensure cleanliness. 
• Clean skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and filters. 
• Perform backwashing of filtration systems as required. 

• Inspect and troubleshoot pool pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, and chlorinators. 
• Perform minor repairs or replacements on pool equipment. 
• Identify and report major equipment failures to the Repairs department. 

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding pool maintenance. 
• Educate pool owners on proper pool care and equipment operation. 
• Maintain service logs and report maintenance activities to management. 

• Experience in swimming pool maintenance, repairs, or a related field preferred. 
• Basic knowledge of pool chemistry, filtration systems, and equipment operation. 
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions. 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 
• Good communication and customer service skills. 

• Certification in Pool Maintenance or Water Chemistry (e.g., CPO – Certified Pool Operator) is a plus. 
• Experience with Pentair, Hayward, or other pool equipment is an asset. 
• Plumbing or electrical experience is a bonus.
