As the driving force behind CEBM’s vision and mission, the CEO must embody visionary Christian leadership, transforming the organization and the communities served. A passionate advocate for education in the most challenging environments, our CEO must be committed to uplifting those in poverty and conflict zones, recognizing that education is the key to breaking the cycle of hardship.
 
With a deep sense of purpose, the CEO must combine strategic foresight with hands-on leadership to steer the organization through complex challenges. Under their leadership, we must expand CEBM’s reach to the most underserved communities, ensuring that every child has access to quality education, no matter their circumstances.
The CEO’s transformative leadership will be evident in their ability to inspire and mobilize teams, partners, and stakeholders around a common vision. They are not just a leader but a catalyst for change, fostering innovation, accountability, and sustainable growth across the organization.
 
The role is paramount to the country, as CEBM will lead efforts to educate the poor and marginalized in hotspots, where access to learning is often threatened by instability and neglect. Their leadership will ensure that the vision of a more equitable and educated society becomes a reality, delivering hope and opportunities to those who need it most.
Through their guidance, the organization continues to break barriers, transform lives, and contribute to the long-term development and stability of the nation.
 
ROLE OF POSITION:
To provide leadership at the CEBM ensuring that all departments operate in a cohesive, collaborative manner in order to facilitate the achievement of goals & objectives of the Church relative to Catholic Education.
 
DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVES:
  • To make disciples of Christ, to produce men and women who have positive values that take them everywhere, ensuring that they optimize their talents and influence the society
  • To produce value-driven students, teachers and schools that positively influence society
  • To support excellence defined by students performing at their best in all spheres.
  • To deliver specific projects as defined by the Board of Management. 
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. PLANNING AND SETTING GOALS – Medium to Long Term, Strategic                                    
  2. COMMUNICATING – Building relationships, meeting influencers and networking          
  3. DAILY OPERATIONS
  4. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT- Staff and Self 
                                                                         
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Educational Qualifications - Masters in Educational Administration or equivalent
  • Non-Technical Skills and Abilities: Ability to exert leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills; excellent relationship building and maintenance skills, excellent team building and organizational skills
  • Knowledge : Knowledge of modern education theories and practices
  • Experience : Min of 15 years’ experience in teaching environment with a min of 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership position; experience in Project and Programme Management.
