• Analyze problems associated with various IT Networking and Security systems and develop solutions to rectify these problems.
• Develop Custom IT Solutions (Networking and Security).
• Provide implementation/configuration services and post implementation/configuration support. (Networking, Security and Managed Services).
• Assist Project Managers in developing project plans and timelines.
• Provide documentation, Configuration, Current State of the Environment.
• Research and test new and upcoming technologies.
• Provide technical support services and any other support to the Business Foundations Team.
• Provide internal IT Support; implement procedures to maximize the internal use of information technology.
• Provide Customer Support to the Service Desk and keep Service Desk informed of progress.

• B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Cisco Certified Network Association (CCNA) and CompTIA Security+ Certifications.
• Checkpoint Certifications.
• Fortinet NSE Certifications.
• At least 2+ years’ experience working in the Networking Security space.
• Knowledge of technology infrastructures, using Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy and Security Audits.
• Installation of Hardware and Software Firewalls experience.
