You’ll work closely with leaders and stakeholders to ensure HR policies align with business goals while fostering an engaging a compliant workplace

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience (or equivalent combination of training and experience).

Employee Relations & Compliance: Partner with managers to resolve employee concerns, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and best HR practices.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Prepare and submit HR performance reports, offering data-driven insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage the HR department’s budget to ensure alignment with strategic and operational goals.
HR Program Evaluation: Continuously analyze, measure, and improve HR programs to drive organizational success.
