A Leading Information Technology Company is seeking applicants for the position of:

Pre-Sales Coordinator
 
Position Summary:  
To assist the Sales and Pre-Sales Teams with the day-to-day work of the department in the preparation of Bids and Response to RFQ’s, putting together proposals, reporting and the general work of the teams, to ensure the efficient coordination of work.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide support primarily to the CRM’s and Pre-Sales Teams to ensure pricing and quotations are executed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist CRM’s and Pre-Sales with the preparation of Tenders by sourcing and coordinating the tender response process and collating documents for timely submission.
  • Liaise with the various departments of the organization as it relates to assisting with the Sales and Pre-Sales Processes i.e., Order Management, Foundations, Service Desk etc.,
  • Assist with planning and organizing marketing initiatives internally and externally
  • Prepare reports on Sales, Pre-Sales and Training as required
  • Provide support to the office of the Chief Operations Officer as necessary
 
Education and Experience
  • B.Sc. in Business Management or an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration
  • At least (3-5) years’ in a similar position
  • Knowledge of IT and Customer Service Training will be an asset.
 
Skills & Competencies
  • Must be highly detail oriented and organized.
  • The ability to coordinate information from various areas.
  • Effective communication skills, including verbal and written skills.
  • The ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team-based environment.
