Data Entry Clerk
Position Summary:
To help maintain accurate data records using computer devices and software programs to input and update a variety of data, and provide support with respect to day-to-day general administrative duties.
Primary Responsibilities
- Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets.
- Updating order statuses for customers.
- Double-checking their work to ensure data accuracy.
- Handling routine clerical tasks related to entering or updating data in a computer system.
- Exporting data into computer databases, performing data searches, and filing digital documents.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- 1-years experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint etc.,)
Skills and Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good command of English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
- Proficient touch-typing skills.
- Knowledge of office Management systems and procedures
