Data Entry Clerk
 
Position Summary:  
To help maintain accurate data records using computer devices and software programs to input and update a variety of data, and provide support with respect to day-to-day general administrative duties.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets.
  • Updating order statuses for customers.
  • Double-checking their work to ensure data accuracy.
  • Handling routine clerical tasks related to entering or updating data in a computer system.
  • Exporting data into computer databases, performing data searches, and filing digital documents.
 
Requirements
  • High school diploma.
  • 1-years experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint etc.,)
 
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
  • Proficient touch-typing skills.
  • Knowledge of office Management systems and procedures
