Description

• Coordinate the general Administrative Operations of the Service Desk by overseeing the Contract, Per Call and Warranty Parts Procurement Process and return to defective materials to suppliers.
• Preparation of the HPE Labour Reimbursement Claims Maintenance.
•  Oversee HPE Case management.
• Oversee the Coordination of the Service Desk escalation process.
• Provide management information and recommendations for service improvement.
• Provide relevant reports as they relate to the administrative function.
• Track all Managed Services Contracts and other contracts related to the Service Desk function.

• Bsc in Business Administration or ABE Certification.

• At least 5 years’ experience in a diverse computerized environment.
• 2-3 years of managerial/administrative experience in a similar or related field.
• Management/Supervisory or Training/Administrative Training.
