Description
- Engage in outgoing calls to customers as specified by the provided customer call-out listing.
- Contact customers to confirm and validate customer contact information.
- Accurately update customer contact information on the company’s ERP system.
- Successfully complete assigned survey with customers capturing all pertinent information.
- Complete specified reports daily on tasks completed.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure customer queries or concerns are rectified on a timely basis.
- Engage in incoming calls from customers to provide and give accurate information as and when required.
