Description


The Operations Assistant will provide administrative and clerical assistance to support effective and efficient operations within the company’s human resources and operations departments. 
  • Updating and maintaining leave records for all staff via employee leave forms
  • Monitoring staff punctuality and absenteeism to advise Management
  • Entering employee data and leave information onto Human Resource Management Program
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Scheduling interviews for vacant positions
  • Assisting employees in completing the necessary documentation to join the company’s health plan
  • Updating dry brochures with price changes when necessary
  • Ordering of company imprinted material including letterheads, invoice books, call cards, envelopes etc. as and when required
  • Assisting with the development of content (graphics, product videos and vacancies) on Canva to post on social media
  • Organizing scale verification with TTBS annually for scales at retail stores
  • Liaising with third parties to organize training as and when required, including but not limited to first aid, fire warden, defensive driving, forklift and quality control
  • Assisting with the completion of annual food badge application for all staff at head office and scheduling the food safety lecture
  • Assisting with the completion of HSSE documents as required
  • Any other HR / operations related duties as required
