Job Specification:
We are seeking versatile and customer-focused individuals to join our team in the dual role of Customer Service Representative/Cashier.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing transactions via the point-of-sale system, attending to Customer Concerns, ensuring all assets under their purview are accounted for, while providing exceptional service to all customers.

Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 O’Level passes including Mathematics and English Language
- At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service and Cashing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer Literate with the ability to easily navigate through user friendly software applications
- Ability to work independently
- Meticulous and Attention to detail
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Empathy and the ability to work well with diverse teams and customers
- Understanding of customer service best practices and standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to work comfortably in an outdoor environment
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish will be an asset
