Job Description:
The Quality Inspection Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the company’s quality control standards are maintained and customer satisfaction is achieved at our Drive-thru Car Wash Locations. This role involves managing a team of quality inspectors, who will visually inspect vehicles and make corrections as necessary based on observations and customer feedback. The supervisor will train staff on quality inspection protocols and work closely with management to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Quality Inspectors, ensuring efficient performance and adherence to company quality standards.
- Train staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and safety procedures.
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct inspections of vehicles post-wash to verify service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify service delivery issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, enforce, and audit quality inspection processes and procedures.
- Track and report quality issues, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records and generate regular quality and performance reports.
- Respond to customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, maintaining cleanliness and proper equipment use.
Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar role or other supervisory position
- Diploma, certification, or training in Quality Control or a related field from a recognized institution

- Proven people leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
