Job Title: Morning Dispatcher

Basic Objective:
The position holder is responsible for ensuring that all trucks are properly packed and assigned to various location throughout Trinidad and Tobago to ensure the timely delivery to customers.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to treat with difficult customers and possesses excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to meet tight deadlines.
Must be able to organise, administrate and prioritize tasks.
Must be knowledgeable of the geographics of the Trinidad and Tobago landscape.
Must be able to manage a wide demographic staff.
Must be knowledgeable of the loading sequences of goods within the various sizes of trucks.
Must be able to ensure that the company trucks meet and pass inspection standards.
Must be able to keep good records.

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a medical examination and drug test.
At least two (2) years’ experience in the manufacturing industry would be considered an asset.
At least two (2) years’ experience in loading goods on various trucks
Must have five (5) CXC subject inclusive of maths and English.
A Police Certificate of Character
Ability and willingness to work overtime.
A Forklift Driving Certificate will be considered an asset.
