Description
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The personal assistant will offer personalized administrative support in a professional manner, handling tasks related to the executive’s agenda, communications, and daily operations, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- Reports to the Director
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Directors's diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
- Provide administrative support as needed in coordination with support staff
- Assist with project management and deliverable execution
- Manage executive calendars to accurately assess availability
- Process executive communications and correspondence for key updates and inquiries
- Assist with special projects as required in a support capacity
- Draft memos to executives, staff, and clients
- Act as the first point of contact for the Director with internal and external clients
- Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately
- Book and manage complex travel arrangements
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) to a senior executive
- A qualification as a PA is advantageous
- MS Office Professional Level
- Some accounting experience
- Drivers Permit/License
- Passport
- Must have a well-maintained vehicle
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Travel locally and internationally as required.
- May involve extended hours during project peaks or urgent client issues.

- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Technically inclined
