Description
Type: 6 month contract with the possibility of extension
Location: Port-of-Spain
Responsibilities
- Assess the current state of the recoveries unit and its operating processes and structure
- Develop and implement proper KPIs for the collections team
- Management of watchlist accounts
- Liaise with the Head of Risk on the provisioning model
- Propose restructures and loss mitigating initiatives for delinquent and non-performing loans
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Management or related field
- At least 7-10 years working experience in a similar capacity
- 5-7 years supervisory experience
