Business View Publishing is a global media company producing a range of respected B2B digital magazines under the Business View banner across North America, the Caribbean, and beyond. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our remote team.

About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the key point of contact for a portfolio of our valued clients. You’ll be responsible for providing insights, updates, and recognition to businesses featured in our publications. Your efforts will help maintain long-term client relationships and reinforce our brand's reputation for excellence.

The Account Manager will report directly to the CEO, COO, or Managing Director and play an essential role in supporting our outreach, results, and client education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide monthly, bi-monthly, and semi-annual feedback and updates to assigned clients
• Maintain and enhance client relationships through consistent, high-quality communication
• Assist with the development of educational content and recognition programs (including awards)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and program success
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of client experience initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client needs
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and online research tools (Google)
• Sales or email marketing experience considered an asset
• Must have a reliable computer/laptop and internet connection

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $1,100 - $1,500 USD per month, based on experience
