Retail Sales Associate

iWorld, the Apple Authorized Reseller arm of Memory Bank Computers Ltd., is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, in-store role for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in delivering a premium retail experience. You'll be the face of the brand for every customer who walks through our doors — helping them find the right product, sharing your product knowledge with confidence, and contributing directly to store sales targets.

•       Present, demonstrate, and sell company products and services to current and potential clients in the retail store, delivering a knowledgeable and consultative sales experience.

•       Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and margin targets, contributing to overall store performance.

•       Build and maintain strong working knowledge of the products and solutions you are responsible for selling, including Apple and related technology ecosystems.

•       Stay current on emerging technologies, product releases, and industry trends relevant to your role, and apply this knowledge to better serve customers.

•       Engage and greet every client in a professional, courteous manner, maintaining a polished, presentable appearance at all times in line with iWorld's brand standards.

•       Support store merchandising, stock handling, and general sales floor operations as required.

•       Collaborate with team members and store management to maintain a positive, high-performing store environment.

•       1–2 years of retail sales experience in the IT industry preferred.

•       Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas.

•       5 O'Level passes, including Mathematics and English.

•       An Associate's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration would be an asset.

•       Applicants must be of legal age to be employed in the jurisdiction of application.

•       This is a full-time position; candidates must be available to work full-time retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
