We are hiring an experienced Accounts Personnel to assist with day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have relevant qualifications in accounting or auditing and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare journal entries and perform monthly reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support internal and external audits
- Handle VAT and other statutory filings
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance
Qualifications:
- ACCA Level 2, CUMA Level 2, or equivalent combination of accounting/auditing education and experience
- Minimum 2–3 years in a similar accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
