Summary
A confidential energy services client is building a candidate pool for upcoming contingent labour and manpower opportunities across Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, and partially Suriname. Successful applicants may be considered for project-based, rotational, contract, temporary, or contingent assignments based on experience, availability, and client requirements.

 

The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical, coordination, data entry, filing, reporting, and general administrative support to operational, HR, logistics, or office teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, file, and organize documents and records.

• Support data entry, reporting, scheduling, and correspondence.

• Assist with purchase requests, timesheets, travel, logistics, or operational paperwork.

• Respond to internal and external queries professionally.

• Maintain accurate records and support document control.

• Coordinate meetings, forms, approvals, and office tasks.

 

Requirements

• Previous administrative or clerical experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar office tools.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

• Relevant experience and certifications must be clearly stated on the CV or uploaded with the application where available.

 

Preferred

• Experience in oil and gas, logistics, recruitment, HR, operations, industrial services, ERP, HRIS, CMMS, or document control systems.
