Medical Associates is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the billing and administrative functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Issuing and processing invoices
• Monitoring payments and follow-ups
• Recording and archiving documents
• Liaising with patients and insurers
Requirements
• Minimum 6 CXC/GCE O'Levels including English & Math
• 6 months to 2 years relevant experience

• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Computer literacy
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in hospital billing systems
