Job Title: Brand Ambassador – (Mall Hours)

Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Brand Ambassador to represent our company within the mall environment. The ideal candidate will engage with shoppers, promote our products and services, and create a welcoming and informative experience that reflects our commitment to health and style.

Key Responsibilities

·         Customer Engagement: Greet and interact with mall visitors, creating a positive first impression of the brand.

·         Brand Promotion: Educate customers on our collections, personalizing options, along with health care information and services.

·         Sales Support: Encourage shoppers to visit the store, schedule appointments, or take advantage of ongoing promotions.

·         Product Knowledge:  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, technologies, and brand values.

·         Event Participation: Support in-mall marketing activities, pop-up displays, and brand events.

·         Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service aligned with brand standards, ensuring every interaction is informative and enjoyable.

·         Reporting: Provide feedback on customer interests, mall traffic patterns, and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

·         At least 6 CSEC passes at least one of which must be Science based.

·         Previous experience in retail, promotions, or customer service.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Outgoing personality with a passion for helping others look their best.

·         Ability to work flexible mall hours (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).

·         Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with brand image.
