We are seeking skilled and experienced Civil / Structural Workers to join our team. The position covers two areas of work: Concrete Formwork and Concrete Rebar/Reinforcement. Applicants may be assigned duties based on their qualifications, experience, and skill set. Applicants must also have cleared and valid Police Certificate of Character.

Concrete Formworker – Responsibilities

• Construct, assemble and dismantle formwork for foundations, columns, beams, slabs and other concrete structures.
• Measure, cut and install timber, plywood or other formwork materials according to drawings and specifications.
• Ensure formwork is properly aligned, levelled, supported and secured before concrete placement.
• Inspect formwork for accuracy, stability and proper dimensions.
• Assist with concrete pouring, placement and finishing as required.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a safe and orderly condition.

Concrete Rebar Worker – Responsibilities

• Cut, bend, position and install reinforcing steel/rebar according to construction drawings and specifications.
• Measure and prepare reinforcement materials to the required dimensions.
• Tie and secure reinforcing bars using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure reinforcement is correctly spaced, aligned and adequately supported before concrete placement.
• Assist with the installation of reinforcement for foundations, columns, beams, slabs and other structural elements.
• Check reinforcement work to ensure it meets required specifications and construction standards.
• Safely handle, move and store reinforcing materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in civil or structural construction.
• Experience in concrete formwork and/or rebar installation.
• Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of construction tools, materials and safe work practices.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to follow instructions from supervisors and foremen.
