This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating an amazing client experience.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, eager to learn and comfortable taking initiative. During busy periods, you should be able to remain calm, organized and positive while managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, messages and enquiries.

• Assist customers in-store with questions, purchases and appointments.

• Provide updates on orders and services.

• Schedule and manage customer appointments.

• Follow up with clients when necessary.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.

• Assist with posting to social media platforms.

• Participate in content creation, including appearing in photos and videos.

• Learn our products, services and processes to confidently assist customers.

• Help maintain an organized and welcoming environment.

• Assist with other responsibilities as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, administration or social media is an asset but is not required.
