The Compliance Officer supports adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Support investigations and whistle-blowing reports.
• Perform compliance policy spot checks.
• Support maintenance of policy and procedure libraries.
• Maintain compliance resources.
• Monitor relevant laws and regulations.
• Support development of compliance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Compliance or Governance certification preferred.
• Ability to interpret policies and regulatory documents.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in compliance and investigative reviews.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks.
• Ethical, proactive and vigilant.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
