We are seeking a results-driven Content & Social Media Performance Specialist to create high-impact digital content that drives engagement, enquiries, and sales — not just impressions.

This role requires a highly creative and commercially minded individual who can independently plan, produce, execute, and optimize content across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and sales objectives
  • Create platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp
  • Produce reels, short-form videos, graphics, carousels, stories, promotional creatives, and captions
  • Capture on-site photo/video content when required
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement
  • Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, enquiries, and conversions
  • Adjust strategies based on analytics and campaign results
  • Work closely with sales/operations teams to support promotions and revenue-driving initiatives

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years’ experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies and trends
  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar editing/design tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in retail, technology, or commercial industries is an asset
  • Must be hands-on and capable of creating content independently
