The Corporate Marketing Manager plays a central role in advancing the company’s mission of delivering exceptional customer care and building meaningful community impact through innovative corporate marketing, strategic partnerships, and signature events.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on coordination, overseeing corporate marketing initiatives and outreach programs that directly shape the company’s reputation, customer experience, and topline growth. Key Responsibilities

Corporate Marketing & Partnerships

  • Build, nurture, and grow long-term relationships with corporate partners that reinforce trust and mutual value.
  • Design and execute corporate campaigns and initiatives that reflect our commitment to patient wellness and professional excellence.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every communication, proposal, and interaction strengthens the company’s reputation.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations aligned to the company’s priorities.

 

 

Promotional Initiatives

  • Champion the planning and delivery of outreach initiatives and promotional programs as critical touchpoints in our community engagement strategy.
  • Ensure events are professionally executed, logistically seamless, and aligned to our high standards of patient care and brand presentation.
  • On-site support at all activations
  • Lead, coach, and support the activation team, instilling professionalism, enthusiasm, and accountability.
  • Track outcomes to assess impact and continuously refine strategies for greater patient engagement and throughput.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Inspire and guide teams with a leadership style that is respectful, motivating, and anchored in our company values.
  • Partner closely with colleagues in Marketing, Operations, and other business units to achieve integrated, high-impact outcomes.
  • Provide transparent and insightful reporting to leadership, always linking results back to the company’s strategic objectives and patient-first priorities.
  • Uphold integrity, professionalism, and consistency in all activities, serving as a role model across the organization.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years’ progressive experience in Marketing, Corporate Relations, or Event Management, with leadership responsibility.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver successful corporate campaigns and events.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and build trust across stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to CRM or event/project tools is an advantage.
  • Valid Driver’s Permit and reliable vehicle.
