Job Summary:
The Driver Merchandiser is responsible for delivering products to retail locations, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role requires excellent driving skills, time management, and the ability to handle heavy lifting while maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Delivery & Merchandising:

• Deliver products to assigned retail locations on time and in good condition.
• Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed according to company standards.
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and minimize waste.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.
• Address customer concerns and report feedback to the sales team.
• Provide exceptional service by ensuring deliveries meet customer expectations.

• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the delivery vehicle.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any vehicle maintenance issues.
• Track and reconcile inventory delivered versus received.

• Inform customers about promotions and special offers.
• Assist in setting up promotional displays as needed.
• Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.

• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, receipts, and returns.
• Maintain proper hygiene and food safety handling practices.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in delivery, merchandising, or sales-related roles.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads  
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills for inventory and reconciliation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
