Summary
A confidential energy services client is building a candidate pool for upcoming contingent labour and manpower opportunities across Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, and partially Suriname. Successful applicants may be considered for project-based, rotational, contract, temporary, or contingent assignments based on experience, availability, and client requirements.

The General Labourer will support operational, warehouse, plant, yard, maintenance, and field teams with manual tasks, housekeeping, loading, unloading, and general site support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with lifting, moving, cleaning, organizing, and preparing materials.

• Support loading, unloading, and general logistics activities.

• Maintain site housekeeping and safe work areas.

• Use basic hand tools where required.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.

• Follow PPE, HSE, and site safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous labour, industrial, construction, warehouse, plant, marine, or oilfield experience preferred.

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors or in industrial environments.

• Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours where required.

• Relevant experience and certifications must be clearly stated on the CV or uploaded with the application where available.

Preferred

• HSE training or experience in energy services, logistics, construction, or plant operations.
