We’re looking for a second Graphic Designer to join the marketing team at the Company, the company behind SpecXSmart, a cutting-edge hybrid optical platform that will be launching very soon.

This role is perfect for a designer who wants to push boundaries, create eye-catching content, and bring bold ideas to life across digital and print media.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop fresh visual concepts for campaigns, ads, social media, web, and product packaging.
  • Design engaging graphics, animations, info graphics, and promotional materials for digital and traditional platforms.
  • Create and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and product explainers.
  • Develop brand assets and ensure visual consistency across all touch points.
  • Create and manage brand assets to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
  • Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and support marketing strategy through innovative design.
  • Proficient in the use of emerging design tools, AI-enhanced creative tools, and content trends.
  • Assist with the production of presentations, pitch decks, and internal communication visuals.
 

What You Bring:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact work in graphic design and video content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling through visual media.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway ML, Midjourney, etc.) is a plus.
  • Creative flair with an eye for layout, typography, color, and brand consistency.
    Ability to interpret briefs and turn complex ideas into clean, compelling visuals.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic and video design (agency or in-house).
  • Bonus: Experience in branding, social media content strategy, or basic UI/UX design.
