We’re seeking a dynamic, people-centered, and strategic HR Leader to join our growing leadership team as Group HR Manager.

As our Group HR Manager, you’ll partner directly with our Entrepreneurial Managing Director to shape the company’s people strategy — from recruitment, training, organizational development, performance management, compensation and employee engagement.

You’ll play a leading role in strengthening our bilingual (English/Spanish) workforce, building local talent pipelines, and developing HR systems that support excellence across multiple locations and businesses.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR strategy, policies, and structure for all branches and businesses

• Oversee recruitment and retention of both local and foreign workers

• Build strong relationships with management and staff

• Develop organizational structure, job descriptions, performance systems, and KPIs

• Guide leadership in employee relations and industrial relations matters

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture

  Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

• SHMRM SCP certification or equivalent

• Minimum 15 years’ progressive HR leadership experience

• Knowledge of Trinidad & Tobago labour laws and Industrial Relations Act

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is an advantage

• Confident, results-driven, and able to work with an entrepreneurial CEO
