Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced, innovative, and talented Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategies, social media management and content creation, with a proven ability to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and projects.
  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
  • Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and email newsletters.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns, building relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing and social media management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing and social media projects.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and others.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
