We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Specialist to lead our Marine Department. This unique role combines strategic marketing with hands-on management of our retail outlets across the region. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing product sales, and ensuring our retail shops provide a first-class experience for our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our premium marine lines (e.g., Kohler Generators, PropOne Coatings, Dolphin Chargers, and Blue Water Marine Paints).

Retail Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations and standards of our retail outlets in Trinidad and across our regional locations in Barbados, Grenada, and St. Lucia.

Business Development: Identify and target new opportunities within the pleasure craft, charter boat, and industrial vessel sectors.

Regional Oversight: Travel frequently to our regional offices to ensure brand consistency, staff training, and operational excellence at all Caribbean branches.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including yacht clubs, boatyards, and commercial fleet managers.

Inventory & Promotions: Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to manage stock levels for high-demand items like anodes, seals, and pumps, while launching effective in-store and digital promotions.


Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, retail management, or sales, preferably within the marine or industrial sectors.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

Travel: Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the Caribbean.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an asset.

Passion: A genuine interest in the marine industry and a "can-do" attitude to manage both office-based strategy and field-based operations.

Vehicle: Must own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
