Lead a dynamic team of engineers & technicians.
Oversee design, installation, maintenance & repair of mechanical systems.
Focus on safety, efficiency, troubleshooting & project management.
Ensure operational reliability & uphold quality standards.
Key Duties:
1. Manage, train & mentor mechanical staff/contractors.
2. Direct daily operations, maintenance schedules & emergency repairs.
3. Supervise installation & upgrades of pumps, compressors & tanks.
4. Enforce safety regulations & promote a strong safety culture.
5. Plan tasks, allocate resources & report performance.
6. Drive quality control & process improvements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering.
2. Proven supervisory experience in design & maintenance.
3. Strong technical knowledge, CAD proficiency & industry standards.
4. Excellent leadership, communication & problem‑solving skills.
5. Willingness for on‑call/emergency work.
6. Valid driver’s license.
