KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Lead the development and execution of the Company's strategic direction and business plans.
  2. Oversee the management and delivery of projects, infrastructure and development initiatives.
  3. Ensure effective corporate governance, risk management, compliance and internal controls.
  4. Provide leadership to the Executive Team and foster a culture of performance and accountability.
  5. Oversee financial management, procurement, contract administration and asset management.
  6. Build and maintain effecive relationships with Government agencies, investors, tenants, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders.
  7. Ensure that the Company's operations are customer focused, commercially sound and aligned with national development priorities. 
  8. Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
  9. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Board. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

  1. A degree in Business Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  2. A postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Management or Project Management from an accredited institution. 
  3. At least ten (10) years' related experience in senior management or executive positions. 
  4. Experience in infrastructure development, project management, construction, commercial operations, public enterprise management or investment projects.
  5. Experience leading large or complex projects, overseeing major project budgets, operations management, financial management, managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with Government agencies, State Enterprises, investors or other stakeholders is essential.

  1. Knowledge of corporate governance, strategic planning, procurement and contract administration processes.
  2. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation and decision making skills.
  3. Exhibit clear, professional and persuasive verbal and written communication suited to Executives, employee and external stakeholders.
  4. Ability to negotiate favourable terms, resolve disputes, manage claims and influence outcomes effectively with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
