Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations
- Ensure equipment reliability & efficiency
- Train and develop staff
- Enforce safety & SOPs
- Keep accurate production & maintenance records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Processing, or Industrial Engineering
- 3–5 years’ experience in similar operations
- Knowledge of boilers, water treatment & mechanical maintenance (asset)
- Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
- Safety & environmental awareness
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
