SALES COORDINATOR

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the activities of the Retail Sales Team to achieve overall sales targets.

MAIN TASKS

 

  • To maximize sales volume and growth in areas of retail sales through prospecting, customer service and satisfaction, pricing and profits.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of the approved budget for the Department.
  • Responsible for the action plan of the Sales team in an effective pursuit of prospecting and development of sales leads as per TTTL’s guidelines.
  • To ensure monthly sales and KIP targets are achieved.
  • To conduct daily meetings with the Sales team to discuss a 90-day prospecting plan and to ensure the team carry out their prospecting and sales targets to maximize closing ratio.
  • To provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the National Sales Manager on the Sales activities.
  • Supervision of the sales team and to ensure sales policies and procedures for TTTL are documented, communicated and enforced throughout the Organization.
  • Oversee Sales Team performance standards and provide recommendations for training where necessary.
  • Monitor Demo vehicles log and ensure all prospects are offered a test drive.
  • Any other duties may be required.

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION & SKILLS

·       First Degree in Business/Marketing.
3 years’ experience in a sales
 2 years’ supervisory experience
 Excellent leadership and communication skills.
 Organization and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit.
Valid Driver’s Permit (Class 3 and 4).
