Job Description

The Senior Regional Sales Executive is a travelling field-sales role responsible for expanding the company's footprint across the Caribbean, South America, and Africa. The position requires extensive international travel to develop new markets, secure distributor and contractor partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, comfortable working independently across multiple countries, and skilled at consultative selling in construction-related industries. Success will be measured by new account acquisition, sales target achievement, and long-term market development.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

1. Travel extensively across assigned territories to build brand presence and capture new market share.

2. Identify, prospect, and convert distributors, contractors, and construction professionals into long-term customers.

3. Conduct in-person presentations, technical demonstrations, and site visits to promote insulation solutions.

4. Develop and execute country-level sales plans tailored to market conditions and customer needs.

5. Consistently meet or exceed regional sales targets (TTD $300,000/month in Year 1).

Account & Territory Management

1. Open new accounts while nurturing repeat business with contractors, hardware suppliers, and distribution partners.

2. Maintain structured follow-up through calls, visits, and CRM updates.

3. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

4. Resolve customer issues in coordination with operations and logistics teams.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

1. Provide on-the-ground insights into competitor pricing, products, and industry trends in each country.

2. Work with marketing to adapt promotions and campaigns to regional markets.

3. Share feedback with procurement and operations to align supply with demand.

4. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities in assigned countries.

Reporting & Administration

1. Submit detailed country visit reports after each trip, including sales pipeline progress, customer activity, and competitive intelligence.

2. Maintain updated client information in the CRM system with complete visit logs and interaction notes.

3. Track monthly and quarterly performance against sales targets with dashboards and forecasts.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, preferably in construction materials, building products, or industrial distribution.

• Proven track record of international or regional sales.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different cultural and business environments.

• Comfortable with frequent travel (60-70% of time).

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Valid passport and ability to secure visas for assigned territories.
