We are seeking skilled and certified Steel Welders to join our team. Applicants may be considered for either Welder 4G or Pipe Welder 6G ARC positions based on their certification, experience and skill level. All interested applicants must have cleared and valid Police Certificate of Character.

Welder 4G – Key Responsibilities

• Perform 4G position welding on steel structures and components.
• Prepare, fit and align steel materials prior to welding.
• Read and interpret welding drawings, symbols and specifications.
• Perform welds to required project quality and safety standards.
• Inspect completed welds and correct defects where necessary.
• Safely operate and maintain welding equipment and tools.

Pipe Welder 6G ARC – Key Responsibilities

• Perform 6G arc welding on pipes and piping systems.
• Prepare, fit and align pipes prior to welding.
• Read and interpret piping drawings and welding specifications.
• Produce quality welds according to required project standards.
• Inspect welds and identify or correct defects.
• Safely operate and maintain welding equipment and tools.

General Requirements

• Valid 4G welding certification for Welder 4G applicants.
• Valid 6G welding certification for Pipe Welder 6G applicants.
• Previous experience in the applicable welding position.
• Ability to read and understand welding drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of welding equipment, tools and safe work practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
