The Systems Administrator is responsible for architecting, deploying and managing operating systems, business applications, security tools, web-servers, email, PCs, Printers, local and wide area networking both hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Windows severs, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and security protocols
• Support network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and VPNs
• Collaborate with IT personnel on strategic upgrades, patching, and system audits
• Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated technical issues

Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Windows Server, Cisco CCNA Network +, FORTINET Certification
