Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. This role requires strong leadership skills, inventory management experience, and the ability to maintain efficient systems for receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch
- Supervise and train warehouse staff
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules
- Maintain warehouse layout for efficient space utilization
- Generate reports on warehouse performance and stock movement
- Liaise with procurement, logistics, and sales teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse management role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Forklift certification or experience is an asset
