KEY DUTIES:
  • Engages with customers to understand their needs and challenges and advised on prospective solutions to address these needs and challenges based on MBC’s solution portfolio and the vendor’s best practices
  • Plans and delivers compelling proof of concept/value and other activities with customers to demonstrate MBC’s solutions and to move opportunities further in the sales cycle 
  • Takes lead responsibility for the successful completion of RFP’s, RFQ’s, tenders, RFI’s, and other forms of proposals for the solution 
  • Works closely with the Sales Team to ensure successful closure of the sales process 
  • Liaises with Account Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements 
  • Keeps abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
