Description
Primary Responsibilities/Duties:
Management of General Insurance portfolio, including (but not limited to):
- Development and/or modification of all procedures and protocols
- Generation of new business
- Maintenance of renewals and renewal listings
- Daily reports – including contacts made, new/renewal business actioned
- Monitoring of all sales to Guardian General and Broker including monthly reconciliation Management of General Insurance staff needs and requirements
- Provide support for Life Insurance Unit when necessary
- Collaborate with Life Insurance Unit for business generation (cross-sell)
- Deliver contracts/certificates when needed
