Description
Location: SAN FERNANDO BRANCH
The Parts Sales Supervisor is responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the San Fernando Parts Sales Division.
MAIN TASKS
- Monitor and develop the Parts Sales Team.
- Ensure Spare parts sales targets are achieved.
- Conduct Market and Customer Surveys to ensure Spare Parts Price Competitiveness.
- Develop Sales Promotions and ensure Promotional Sales Targets are met.
- Prepare Parts Sales Reports.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Log and monitor lost sales to improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the provision of staff training and development.
- Develop and monitor guidelines to maximize customer satisfaction.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management or related field.
- 2 years Supervisory experience in Sales preferably in a Spare Parts environment.
- Proven track record in Sales.
- Ability to deliver superior customer service
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate
