Description
The Parts Sales Supervisor is responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the Parts Sales Division.
MAIN TASKS
- Supervising the Parts Sales Team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Develop Sales Promotions and ensure Promotional Sales Targets are met.
- Conduct Market and Customer Surveys to ensure Spare Parts Price Competitiveness.
- Prepare Parts Sales Reports.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Log and monitor lost sales to improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist with executing the Division’s staff training plans.
- Develop and monitor guidelines for ensuring customer satisfaction.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & SKILLS
- Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management or related field.
- 2 years Supervisory experience in Sales preferably in a Spare Parts environment.
- Proven track record in Sales.
- Ability to deliver superior customer service
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate
